Instead of changing your entire house, we offer to go through your house room by room and offer experienced styling advice from decluttering, to the purchase of new items. And the best part is - you get to keep the fresh new looks.

Decluttering, depersonalisation

and general tidy up!

It is most important to keep in mind that your home has to appeal to someone else - not to you. So, with that in mind, we need to minimise your ‘footprint’ in the home. Someone doesn’t want to see your happy memories there, they want to be able to envision their happy, new lives in the home. On top of that, we need to create a spacious, fresh and inviting feel that flows throughout the home. We can do this by repurposing rooms or furniture to suit the modern lifestyle of the target market and the best layout for the home. We will advise on a room by room basis what would be best to be ‘rehomed’ for the duration of the campaign and what should stay. We bring our expertise to give you the absolute best advice as to what will enhance your property and its online profile, and definitely where not to spend money or overcapitalise. We can advise on paint colours or where to touch up and where to leave. You might have some ideas about improvements and we can give you our professional opinion as to whether they may be worth it to your sales campaign.

Pricing:

Pre-sale consult - $250+ GST for initial 1 hour consult. Subsequent hours $200 + GST - including further consultation or sourcing products.
